    The yfood subscription has no minimum duration, you can change, pause, or cancel it at any time.

    Where do I find my customer account?

    At the top of the navigation, you'll find an icon shaped like a person. There you can easily create an account with your email address and gain direct access to your subscription.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at any time in your customer account. Simply select your subscription and choose "cancel".

    How do I change my delivery frequency?

    You can adjust the delivery frequency at any time in your customer account. Simply select your subscription and choose your desired delivery frequency.

    How do I change my flavour?

    You can change, add or remove a flavour in your customer account at any time.
