yfood “Fusion Taster Pack” Prize Draw – Germany, Austria & Switzerland

1. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who reside in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, have an active yfood subscription at the time of participation and fully submit the entry form within the promotional period.
Employees of yfood Labs GmbH are excluded from participation.
2. Promotional Period
Entries can be submitted from 26 October 2026, 00:00, until 02.11.2026, 23:59 (CET).
The prize draw will take place on 03.11.2026.
3. Participation
To participate, you must:
- Complete and submit the entry form
- Have an active yfood subscription
4. Prizes
A total of 50 Fusion Taster Packs, each containing 6 Fusion Bars, will be awarded. Each winner will receive one Taster Pack. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Selection & Notification of Winners
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by email. The prize will then be sent free of charge to the delivery address registered with yfood. Winners are responsible for ensuring that their registered address details are complete and up to date.
6. Liability
yfood reserves the right to terminate or modify the prize draw prematurely for good cause, in particular if its proper execution can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal or factual reasons. Any claims already accrued by participants shall remain unaffected.
7. Exclusion
yfood reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of attempted manipulation, false information or violations of these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
8. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the selection of the winners.
yfood reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Participation where necessary to ensure the proper execution of the prize draw.
Privacy Notice
Processing of Personal Data in Connection with the Prize Draw
For the purpose of conducting the prize draw, we process the email address you provide in the entry form. We also compare this email address with our customer data to verify whether the eligibility requirement of an active subscription is met. We use this data exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw, in particular to verify eligibility, select and notify the winners and administer the prizes.
If you win, we will also use the delivery address already registered with us to send you your prize. You therefore do not need to provide your delivery address again as part of the prize draw.
The processing is carried out for the purpose of conducting the prize draw on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Your data processed in connection with the prize draw will be deleted once the prize draw has been fully completed, unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds require us to retain it.

Newsletter
If you additionally subscribe to our newsletter when entering the prize draw, we will use your email address to regularly send you information about our products, offers and promotions.
Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary and is not a requirement for participating in the prize draw. The processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal of your consent remains unaffected.
