Terms and conditions for Instagram giveaway

1. Organiser

The organiser of the giveaway is

2. Participation period

The giveaway begins on 27/03/2026 at 12:00 and ends on 05/04/2026 at 23:59 (CET).

3. Eligibility

All natural persons are eligible to participate who:

  • are at least 18 years old
  • have their place of residence in Germany

Participation takes place via Instagram and is free of charge.

To participate in the giveaway, the following steps must be completed:

  • Follow the official account @yfood_de (Instagram)
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Comment on the giveaway post and share the screenshot with the 3 cherry symbols from the slot machine in the post

Multiple comments do not increase the chances of winning.

Employees of yfood Labs GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Prize

20 trays of the Fruity Cherry flavour from yfood will be raffled.

Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.

5. Winner selection & notification

Winners will be selected at random after the participation period has ended.

Winners will be notified on 07/04/2026 via direct message from the official yfood Instagram account.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours after the notification has been sent, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

6. Data protection

The following personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the giveaway:

  • Instagram profile name

The data will be used exclusively for conducting the giveaway (determining and notifying the winners).

The personal data will only be stored for the duration of the giveaway and will then be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Participants have the right at any time to:

  • Access
  • Rectification
  • Erasure
  • Restriction of processing
  • Objection
  • Data portability

in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

7. Exclusion from participation

The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway if:

  • these terms and conditions are violated
  • manipulation or attempts of deception are detected
  • fake or giveaway accounts are used

8. Early termination or changes

The organiser reserves the right to terminate or modify the giveaway prematurely for important reasons, in particular in the event of technical issues, legal reasons or manipulation attempts.

9. Liability

The organiser is not liable for technical disruptions, failures of the Instagram network or other problems that may affect participation in the giveaway.

10. Instagram disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way connected to Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.

The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but yfood Labs GmbH.

11. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
