What happens when you put John Quilter aka The Food Busker, Chef Elizabeth Allen & Chef Tim Anderson together in a room full of people?

Too much talent and heat to handle, that’s what! On the Power of Digital and Consumer Engagement Day, The Food Busker took over the Ace Hotel, Shoreditch as part of London Food Tech Week 2016. We were joined by Chef Elizabeth Allen, the youngest female chef in the UK to be awarded a Michelin Star (your cue to shield yourself from the broken glass falling from the ceiling) and Chef Tim Anderson, MasterChef champ of 2011 and proud papa of Japanese soul kitchen Nanban.

Guests were wow-ed with incredible dishes prepared by the chefs that involved the use of an immersion circulator and a salinometer. Food nerds right? Watch below.
